Justin Kuraitis, the former poker manager at Stones Gambling Hall, has re-entered the spotlight with sharp words for those involved in the 2019 class action lawsuit tied to the Mike Postle cheating scandal. In a recent conversation on X Spaces hosted by Omar of The Omar Show, Kuraitis openly criticized the 88 players who filed legal action against him, expressing bitterness over what he described as baseless claims that damaged his reputation.

The class action lawsuit, which sought millions in damages for alleged cheating by Postle during live-streamed games at the California cardroom, ended in 2020 with a modest $40,000 settlement. Kuraitis was a central figure in the controversy, both for his role at the venue and for defending Postle’s innocence throughout the ordeal. Though Postle himself was not named in the lawsuit, Kuraitis became a target of public criticism and online backlash.
During the nearly eight-hour conversation, Kuraitis didn’t hold back. He said he hoped the plaintiffs were cheated, calling them out for what he saw as a cash grab driven by gambling losses.
His comments made it clear that time has not softened his views. He even said there’s only an “80% chance” Postle is innocent — a slight shift from his earlier firm stance. Kuraitis claimed he reviewed all of Postle’s recorded games and tracked his financial results, though he declined to share specific win rates.
Kuraitis also addressed his employment history at Stones, saying he wasn’t fired over the scandal but left on his own terms after being reassigned. He said he has no plans to return to the poker industry.
The discussion came just after Veronica Brill, who originally raised concerns about Postle’s play, released a new episode in her YouTube series “God Mode,” which revisits the scandal in detail.
