The Card Player Poker Tour (CPPT) is making its return to The Venetian Resort Las Vegas this September as part of the 2024 DeepStack Extravaganza III series. This highly anticipated event will take place from September 16 to October 6, with the main highlight being the $1,100 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em tournament. Scheduled from September 19 to 21, this tournament offers three starting flights, all beginning at 11:10 AM PT. Players advancing to Day 2 will return on September 22 to fight for the top spot and the coveted trophy.
With a guaranteed prize pool of $300,000, this event is expected to draw a significant number of participants, adding to the excitement of the CPPT’s 15th main event at The Venetian. The previous edition of the CPPT at this venue attracted 458 entries, generating a substantial prize pool of $650,360, surpassing the initial guarantee of $400,000. Andrew Rodgers emerged victorious in that tournament, securing a top prize of $103,936 after a deal with Ankush Mandavia, the 2021 CPPT Venetian champion.
The Venetian’s poker room, the largest on the Las Vegas Strip, spans 14,000 square feet with 50 tables, offering players a premier setting to compete.
